HTS: M. Joyce Hirsch

Mr. Quade received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Dubuque in 1974, an MBA from the University of Dubuque in 1988. Mr. Quade has a wide range of experience in the arena of information systems for healthcare ranging from billing systems to electronic medical records.

Mr. Quade is currently Vice President and General Manager at Healthcare Technology Systems, Inc. (HTS) a Madison, Wisconsin based clinical technology and research group that supports medical decision making through design, licensing and delivery of clinical algorithms in research settings. As VP and General Manager, Mr. Quade is responsible for oversight of the infrastructure that supports the delivery of clinical interactive voice response systems (IVRS) and the infrastructure that supports the business functions of the organization. He brings over twenty years of industry experience in both project and business management. His areas of interest include corporate management and the use of technology in improving the delivery of healthcare.
