HTS was the first to develop clinical interactive voice response (IVR) systems. It continues on the cutting edge, collecting
data directly from patients for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare
organizations and researchers. Our clinical IVR assessments are used by leading
pharmaceutical companies to qualify study subjects for trial entry
and to collect efficacy, quality of life, pharmacoeconomic and patient
diary information.
Our experience validating computer-administered
assessments spans three decades. We've published over 100 articles
on the use of technology in this field. We provide dozens of scales,
ranging from the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) to the
McGill Pain Questionnaire to the Quality of Life Enjoyment and
Satisfaction Questionnaire (Q-LES-Q). New scales can be created
and validated as needed.
We also develop IVR programs for education and
self-help programs for depression.
